about: Kid’s Yoga & Meditation
Gather your kiddos friends and create your own private Yoga group. Yoga can be taught at your home, local park, camp, or school. Yoga helps kids develop body awareness, self-control, comfort taking risks, and self-confidence. Meditation and breathing help them calm their bodies, thoughts, and emotions. Plus they have A LOT OF FUN! Our kids yoga expert is Myque Harris Rodriguez, RYT-200. Myque is a Licensed psychotherapist and registered yoga teacher. She received her certification in Yoga and Meditation for Children from Integral Yoga Academy in 2014. Kids classes are for kids 6-11 years old. Click to learn more about Myque.

Barbie loves yoga and so will you! Ms. Myque and Barbie use yoga class to build confidence, practice taking risks, show kindness, develop body awareness, and learn a ton of cool yoga poses!
